She founded the female group Girls Tyme when she was young. Her father Matthew became her manager. Then, in the late 1990s, Knowles rose to enormous fame. She rose to prominence as the group's main vocalist in the R&B Destiny's Child. The group became the world's best-selling girl group with worldwide sales of over 85 million records.
