Jasleen royal to fame overnight after she starred in the talent hunt reality show India's Got Talent in 2009, qualifying as one of the semi-finalists. When she was 18 years old, Jasleen stood out because of her ability to play multiple instruments at the same time. The then judges Sonali Bendre, Kirron Kher and Shekhar Kapoor cordially called her a 'one woman band' as she could simultaneously play the guitar, mouth organ, flute and tambourine while singing. 

Jasleen started her singing career in the year 2013 with the single 'Panchhi Hojawan', later she composed the singles Maaye Ni and Din Shagna Da.
